Dragon Alignment and Prospects on self development and fortune.

I've been experiencing a meteoric rise in motivation and self discipline. I've gone through many phases in my young life that have built up my inner strength. I am looking to discipline myself more within the next year in order to build myself into a wealthy and charismatic leader and artist. I bought a brass coin with dragons on it to carry around in my wallet and attract wealth and a dragon pin to wear on my eveningwear. Do you think I am aligning myself with dragon energy in these ways? And that does it look like for career changes in the near future concerning technology fields?
