applying for tourist visa while still in Macau

my girlfriend is from Indonesia, working in Macau for the last 6 years and her work contract will finish at the end of this December, I am working in China and have a current work permit for the next 4 to 5years. she is wanting to come to live with me in china so i will be making an invite for her to come over. tourist visa looks to be the correct visa for her to come at this stage unless you suggest one to be better suited. we are looking at her applying while in Macau (she has visited china using the free 7 days) the question is can she apply while still in Macau, or to wait until she is back in Indonesia?

If she has any proof of legal stay in Macao (The original and photocopy of the Macao non-resident worker identity card、The original and photocopy of the authorization to stay issued by Macao SAR Public Security Police Force,The printed copy from the inquiry system of authorization to stay), she can apply for a visa in the Chinese visa service center at Macau. Or she has to return to Indonesia to apply for the visa.

yes, she has documents to legally stay and work in Macau which will finish at the end of Dec 2023
