About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Xiamen

airport only, guided tour.

Thanks in advance for answering 2 questions below.
1. Korea ^ Shanghai 144hrs ^ Taipei ^ Kinmen ~ Xiamen 144hrs ^ TAO airport (NOT CITY BUT AIRPORT ONLY 2HRS) ^ Korea. Available?
2. Going out of Xiamen city is not allowed without VISA, then why Tulou tours are recommended above on this page? Tulou tours are available without VISA if any authorised guide is together?

According to your itinerary, your second stop in Xiamen is not eligible for the 144-hour visa-free transit.

I stop is Xiamen only once, there is no second stop. My questions are not even about that, but TAO and Tulou.

means TAO is problem? Then change it to Korea ^ Shanghai 144hrs ^ Taipei ^ Kinmen ~ Xiamen 144hrs ^ Korea. And what about Tulou? Not answered.

Yes, TAO could be a problem. There is no problem of your new changed itinerary. About Tulou, I'm sorry but you cannot visit it without a visa.

Indeed, Xiamen 144 hour visa free transit is strictly limited to Xiamen city limits only. Tuolu clusters are, unfortunately, located within Zhangzhou city limits. It is close, but outside of the reach when traveling on 144 hour visa free transit.
