Airport to hotel at midnight

What is the best way to get from the international airport to the novotel beijing peace hotel ?
My plane lands at 11:35pm, so is it better to take a taxi or use public transport ?
Should I book the taxi in advance or can I find one at the airport ?

It is more recommended to travel by taxi at that time as you need to transfer by public bus. You can easily find a taxi at the airport.
