Can we apply VOA at HZMB Zhuhai port?

Can we apply VOA at HZMB Zhuhai port now? What is the ideal time of the day to have the VOA.

It is available. However, some Malaysian passport holders have been rejected a lot recently so the result is not guaranteed. Generally, you can have a try at 9:00 in the morning.
