May I know who should I answer in this questions? 1. Are you travelling with someone else this time（using the same passport)?I am married and I will be traveling with my spouse. Do I put his name and photo here?I'm confused if this field is for parents of minors only or is it companion in the intended travel?2. Itinerary field 6.1 - I only put one hotel where we will be staying.Should I need to put the places where we will visit/tour? or only the hotel where we will stay is enough?Thank you so much.

1. Your spouse has his own passport so there is no need to affix the photo. 2. Yes, it is better to put all the places on.
