About:8 Tips for Filling Out Chinese Visa Application Form

Please help for this question - "Are you travelling with someone else? and Itinerary

May I know who should I answer in this questions?

1. "Are you travelling with someone else this time（using the same passport)?"

I am married and I will be traveling with my spouse. Do I put his name and photo here?
I'm confused if this field is for "parents of minors" only or is it companion in the intended travel?

2. Itinerary field 6.1 - I only put one hotel where we will be staying.
Should I need to put the places where we will visit/tour? or only the hotel where we will stay is enough?

1. Your spouse has his own passport so there is no need to affix the photo.

2. Yes, it is better to put all the places on.

Hi Catherine, I also confused about accompanying. Should I also put my companions since I will travel with my 6 members of the family. Thank you
