what is the best way to go from Beijing international airport (PEK) to Qiuguo Hotel (Beijing Jianguomen Capital Children's Research Institute)?

You can take Airport Express to Dongzhimen first and then transfer to Metro Line 2 to Jianguomen. After that, get out of the Exit B and walk north about 1.3km to the hotel.
