CoVid 3 years compensation on Chinese visa from Canada

I am a Canadian citizen, my Chinese visa has expired in May 2023, and current Canadian Passport will expire in June 2024. Wonder I am eligible to apply for 3 years compensation and what's the procedure to take. Thanks!

I know the 3-year compensation policy issued by Chinese Embassy in the US, but I haven't heard news about that in Canada. It is better for you to contact the Chinese embassy or consulate directly to confirm it or learn more about the related details.
