Working on a proposal

I am working on a proposal for a promotion and wondering if I will get it. I am submitting it November 2023 but decision won't be made until February 2024.
My birthday is 03 February 1977

For Dragon people, this year and the next year are not very lucky. It is hard to predict the result of the proposal. However, it is suggested to stay calm and positive to face challenges.
