Best time and date for marriage proposal

Hi, I would like to ask about the best date and time, and maybe direction for a marriage proposal between July 24-28? If none, maybe you can suggest best date? Thank you very much!
Male: Feb 12, 1986
Female: Dec 23, 1985

According to the Chinese calendar, only Jul. 24 and Jul. 28 are auspicious dates for you.
