About:China Visa on Arrival

Landing in Haikou then onto Beijing

Hi, can likely can I get VOA landing in Haikou and flying to Beijing later that day?

No, you can not. The VOA only allows you to stay in Hainan area. If you want to visit Beijing, it is suggested to obtain a regular Chinese visa in advance.
