Is the service charge refundable?

is the service charge refundable if I cancelled my china's train tickets 30 days in advance?
(I know the train ticket is fully refundable, what about the service charge by TravelChonaGuide?Thanks

Yes, it is. Generally, you can book tickets 15 days in advance or more. In such case, the service fee and the ticket fare can both be fully refundable.
