Eligibile for 144 Transit visa in Beijing

Hello , I’m planning to fly Sydney - Singapore - Beijing ( use 144 visa ) - Singapore - Sydney . I have Australian passport - am I eligible for the 144 visa ?

No, the route Singapore - Beijing - Singapore is a return trip, not a transit and not eligible for visa-free transit.
