L- Visa application form correction.

Hi Team,
My form is almost accurate. I just forget to add Valid visas under question "Do you currently hold any valid visas issued by other countries?" As I hold a UK visa. My visa appointment is also booked. Can I fill up a different application with the correct details and still attend the same appointment. Please advise.
