About:10-year China Visa for US and Canadian Citizens

I have a 10 year multiple entry M China visa good for 120 days per entry.

At the end of the 120 days can I travel outside of China and then return for another 120 days? If so, how long do I have to stay outside of China before I can return for another 120 day stay?

Yes, you can do this and there is no time restriction as how long you need to stay outside China. You can return immediately after leaving.
