May I know the requirements for applying a China tourist Visa?

I just wanted to inquire, I want to submit a tourist visa to marry me in China but now I'm still waiting for my bank certificate and bank statement. I am planning to submit my application by next week. My bank certificate and bank statement will be released on September 26 but my appointment in China embassy is September 25, 2023, am I allowed to process the tourist visa? In addition, my financee will pay all my expenses there. May I know the requirements for applying a China Tourist Visa and the other supporting documents.
