Yes, it is. However, you have to have in mind that your flight to Xiamen has to be a nonstop one or in other words, you cannot have any additional landing in mainland China before your arrival in Xiamen. Also, you can depart Xiamen only on a nonstop flight that will not have any additional landing within mainland China.0
