About 144 hour transit visa

I am a US Citizen and my schedule is as follows.
Oct 8: Arrive at Shanghai Pudong from Siem Rep, Cambodia
Oct 13: Depart from Shanghai Pudong to San Francisco, USA

Will be eligible to get a 144 hour transit visa?
