About:Visa on Arrival

VOA FOR MALAYSIAN

I am entering ShenZhen via Bao An Airport from Malaysia. I have been granted chinese visa before this. Am i eligible for applying this VOA ?

It's not guaranteed you willl get it for sure, because the rejection rate is high recently.
