About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

UK-Shanghai>Hong Kong via train

Is this ok in regards to the144 hour visa?

Your itinerary is okay as long as you fly from Shanghai to HK. Remember that you should have the flight ticket in hand when you land in Shanghai.
