About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

In the coming weeks, I plan a trip from London to Osaka transiting via Shanghai. On the return leg I plan on stopping over Shanghai for three nights.
I just wanted to confirm that having a 24 hour visa for transit on the way out would not clash with having another for 144 hours for the longer stop over on the return leg ? Thanks
