About:Tourist Complaints in China

How to submit a complaint?

I can see only addresses and telephone numbers but no email addresses. How to submit a written statement then?

You can lodge a complaint at the offical website: jbts.mct.gov.cn
The problem is that it only has a Chinese version.

I have tried but the problem is not the Chinese version. They want me to provide them with a Chinese tel.number which is impossible for me.
