Ticket purchase

Hi, if i make a purchase of the train ticket on this website, is the ticket confirmed or is it just a reservation? If it is confirmed, then how do i collect the ticket?

Generally, it is a reservation, because all the Chinese train tickets are generally issued 15 days in advance. It can only be confirmed after the tickets are issued. Once it is confirmed, the TravelChinaGuide will e-mail the e-ticket to you, and you can also get the notice on its official app. You can show your passport to get onboard.

If you want the peper ticket, just collect it at any of the railway station.
