Different airports same city

If we are arriving into Beijing Daxing Airport and leaving from Beijing capitol airport can we still get the 144 hour visa free?

Yes, you can. Using two different airports within the same transit area is perfectly fine for 144 hour visa free transit. You could even use one of Beijing airports and then one in Tianjin. Now when you know this, you just have to take care that your itinerary is according to the rules valid for this visa free transit scheme.
