Police Clearance

Hi, i have my JW202 form and admission letter for my visa application but my police clearance certificate is not out and it has been 2 months because the South African Police Service has a backlog. I am due to start school end of this month. Can i apply for the X visa without a police clearance?

Generally, applying for a visa doesn't need a police clearance certificate. But if the visa service center has required it, you'd better confirm with them.
