Manila - Chengdu... Arrival in Chengdu at 10:15 - Here the clock starts ticking
Chengdu - Beijing... Arrival in Beijing at 20:25 - You are still within 24 hours frame
Beijing - Barcelona... Departure from Beijing at 02:30 the next day - Yes, you have performed your entire transit through China within 24 hours or to be precise within 16 hours and 15 minutes.

You are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa!

Upon your first landing in China, in Chengdu, you will approach 24/144 hour counter where you will apply for a temporary entry permit. This permit is for free and it allows you to exit the airside and to formally enter China. This is inevitable because you will cross the passport control and immigration in Chengdu and continue your journey as a passenger on a domestic flight to Beijing.

Upon arrival in Beijing, you will again cross the passport control, this time to exit China and to be allowed to continue your journey on international flight.

As you can see, you do not have to bother yourself with visas and similar because under 24 hour visa free transit you have right to travel via two or more points within mainland China. Have a nice journey.
