About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

permanent residence

I am sorry for asking a lot of questions, but I have a student visa here in Russia. is it necessary to have a permanent residence in order to get the X1 visa from the embassy or consultant offices. if I can’t what other solutions I have . Thank you in advance 😊😊

Generally, you only need to offer your proof of legal stay or residence status. Permanent residence is not a must.
