Transit at Guangzhou

Hi,

I'm an Indian passport holder travelling from Dubai to Auckland and have a 12 hour transit at Guangzhou airport.
Do i need to apply anywhere for less than 24 hours transit visa like at the embassy or anywhere or is it like can directly land at the airport and wait for the next flight?

You are eligible for 24-hour visa-free transit, so there is no need to apply for visa in advance， just land and wait for the next flight. If you want to go out of the airport, you need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport showing your passport and onward flight ticket.
