Apply twice same year

Hello,
I'm currently in Yunnan on the second entry of my 2x60 days visa. I would like to go to Laos and re-apply for a chinese visa there. Could I be rejected because I already got a visa this year and already spent 4 month in China? Is there an acceptable limit?

There is no limit on the times one can apply for a China visa. But you may still be rejected in Laos because you are not a long-term resident there. In your case, you may try to extend your current stay in local PSB in Yunnan, before trying the luck, which is very possible poor in Laos.

Thank you Vicky! I read the report of a traveler who successfully got it in Laos in april 2023, this is why I wanted to try Laos. You're right, I will first try to extend my visa!
