Huanggang, Luohu, and Shekou are all available but Shekou generally has less people. The opening hours are 9:00 - 13:00 & 14:30 - 16:30. However, try to get there as early as possible to queue up as there is a daily quota of very port.

You can take bus no.111 to HK Macao Ferry Terminal, then take a ferry to Shekou. It's very possible you will be rejected for the second VOA on the same day of exit.
