144 hr visa - Hongkong to Shenzhen, Huizhou n Shantou n back to Hongkong

Singaporean travelling to Shenzhen, Huizhou n Shantou from Hongkong n back to Hongkong. Travel by high speed train. Are we eligible to apply for the 144 days visa
