About:Shanghai City-Bus

Airport Bus Fare

I would like to know if the airport bus fare must be paid in exact amount or if change can be given. For example if the fare is 24 RMB, do I need to pay exactly 24 RMB in cash or will I get change if I use a larger bill?

I suggest you to prepare some changes.
The staff should give you the changes but sometimes they just don't have enough cash. Anyway, mobile payment is more popular in China and local people seldom use cash nowadays.
