About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

144hr visa free transit in China.

My planning route to China is Seoul ICN Korea - Shanghai PVG airport (going to Jinhua - Zhejiang) 4 days - Hongkong (just in airport) - Seoul ICN Korea.
Is it permitted to apply for 144hr Visa Free Transit in China.
