Hi, Im Holding a Malaysia passport, and i will be flying from Singapore to London with a transit of 10hours in Beijing, am i eligible to get an on arrival 24-hour-visa free transit for me to go out from the airport? and for health declaration how to fill in for contact and address in China since I'm only on 24 hr visa free transit.

Yes, you are eligible for the 24-hour visa-free transit and generally you can acquire a temporary entry permit to get out of the airport. About filling the address, you may just fill out the airport address.
