About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am from China, Can my son apply for Q2 visa as he was born in US and have US passport ?

I have brother and sisters live in China, and my son likes to explore China, visit my family members and relatives and his cousins, and travel ... Can he apply Q2 type of visa?

Generally, if he has grandparents in China, he can apply for a Q2 visa. If there are only cousins, he may not acquire a Q visa but only an L visa.
