About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Applying for China 'L' visa from India, as a New Zealand citizen

Hello there
I will be leaving my country earlier than is possible to apply for a China visa for the time I want to enter. I will be in India during that time - how likely or unlikely is it that I will be able to obtain a visa from India? Which would be the best office to apply through when I am there?
Thank you

Generally, it is hard to apply for a China visa in the third country unless you have worked or stayed in that country for a pretty long time. It is possible to be rejected if applying as a tourist.
