About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Where do I apply or get a form to apply for permanent residency in China?

I am married to a chinese natinal, we live in the USA, I am retired and would like to option of living in China.

First, it requires to live in mainland for 5 years in a row and the annual stay in China should not be shorter than 9 months. Also, you need to have a stable and secured living place .

You can apply the long-term residence in the public security branch or county bureau directly under the Central Government.
