Can I get an Arrival/Departure Card at the airport?

It is strange that the airline that will bring you to China is not aware of the regulations required by the Chinese authorities. In any case, you should not bother yourself too much because if it happens that the airlines does not dispense the cards on board the aircraft, you will be supplied with one upon landing in China.
