Regarding a name

I'm reading a story called "My Old Home" by Lu Xun and there's a character called 'Run Tu'. It is explained that he was born in the Run month and was only lacking Tu among the five elements, so he was named as Run Tu. I found out that Tu means Earth but couldn't find anything about the 'Run' month. Can anyone explain to me what that means?

‘Run’ here has two meanings.
First, it means supplementing and increase. Because he lacked earth, so he was called Run Tu. His father gave his name and hoped he could not lack earth any more.

Second, he was born in the "Run Month". In the Chinese calendar, leap years have 13 months, while leap years in the Gregorian calendar only an extra day. The extra month is called 'Run Month'.
