About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Europe passport holder

If from Europe to Beijing and onwards to Seoul with 23 hours layover, we can go out the airport right? Any corona rules still in place too?

If your entire transit time, from your scheduled arrival until your scheduled departure is 23 hours, you will be covered by 24 hour visa free transit, so you do not any kind of visa at all.

Upon your landing in Beijing, you will approach 24/144 hour visa free transit desk where you will apply for free for temporary entry permit to be allowed to exit the airport. It is advisable to have a booking reservation confirmation for your overnight in Beijing. Also, you should do DIY antigen test and have it with you. You will not be asked by airlines if you have one, but you may be asked about it when you land in Beijing, although not necessarily.

Thanks for answer! What do you mean by have DIY test with you? The result or photo or really the test itselves?
