Do I Need a Transit Visa HK-SZ-SH-Singapore

Swiss Passport Holder planning a quick trip to China. I saw online that there is a transit visa for 72 or 144 hours, does that mean i could in theory enter China from HK via Shenzhen, stay two days there, fly to Shanghai for another 3 days and leave afterwards to Singapore for example?

And where would i need to obtain the Transit Visa? Or can this only happen when i arrive by Air as i need to tell the Airline that i only stay less than 144 or 73 hours in China as a Transit Passanger?

I'm afraid you are not eligible for the 144-hour visa-free transit as you can only stop in one mainland area. You have to apply for a visa if you stay both in Shenzhen and Shanghai.
