About:Visa on Arrival

VOA 5 days Shenzhen as a single tourist - Italian Passport

Hi,
I'm travelling to HK and I was wondering if I can obtain the 5 days Shenzhen VOA at Luohu Port as a single tourist or I need to be in a group tour?
I'm travelling with an Italian passport.

You can get it as a single. There is no doubt about that at all. Please, just have in mind that visa office is open until 16:30.
