Requirements for China Working Visa

I am a Filipino who is now working in the Philippines. My boss wanted me to go to our main factory in China to do some research and training with our products. May I know what are the needed requirements to apply Visa? Thanks in advance! More power!

One of the most important documents is the working permit which should be issued by the Chinese government authorities and others include: passport, application form, recent photo, and sometimes a medical form and criminal history check may be needed.
