If arriving in Hong Kong via Beijing, eligible for 144-hour visa after a week of stay in Hong Kong?

Hello, I'm Polish and I have a flight by Air China to Hong Kong with a two-hour layover in Beijing. I know I can transit without a visa but what if I stay in Hong Kong for a week and then I fly to Beijing for a couple of days? Am I eligible for a 144-hour visa in Beijing? I will fly from Beijing back to Poland, so I meet the requirement of the third country. But I was in Beijing on this short layover already on my way to Hong Kong... Does it "take away" my eligibility for a 144-hour visa for Beijing? Also, do I need to stay for seven nights OR six nights and seven days to be able to skip the Covid test on my way from Hong Kong to Beijing? Lastly, are both airports in Beijing eligible for a 144-hour visa, PEK and PKX? Are they both entry and exit ports?? Thanks in advance for your help!!

Both your layovers in Beijing are eligible for the visa-free transit. Your first layover will not influence the second. The immigration staff only cares your departure and connecting destinations. Both airports in Beijing are eligible for it.

You need to stay 7 days in HK to skip the covid test.
