About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

I holding a Singapore passport. I am at hainam now can I apply for a visa to visit mainland china.

So you are in Hainan with the visa-free access? Then you can apply for a regular visa from local entry and exit administration office to visit the mainland.

Hi Hong Kim, do you mind sharing your experience entering Hainan holding a Singapore passport? I have the same passport, is it really visa free? or do I need to contact a local travel agency (and do you have one to recommend please)? Thank you so much!
