Rofika, your itinerary seems to be valid for 24 hours visa free transit, but you have to calculated one detail, so that we are perfectly certain about the final answer. Also, you are definitely allowed to change airports in Beijing, this is not an issue at all.
The detail I am talking about is the entire time you will spend in China, so you have to calculate the time (scheduled and nor real) from your first arrival in China, until your last scheduled departure (not real) from China. In other words, if you do not have any other stops in China beside Beijing, you will take into account your arrival flight from Russia, until your departure from Beijing to Indonesia. If the number of hours between them is less or equal to 24 hours, you will be eligible for 24 hours visa free transit and you do not need any kind of visa. Quite the contrary, if your entire transit time is longer than 24 hours, you will have to obtain a transit visa in advance.
Assuming that your transit time is less than 24 hours, you will, upon your landing at Daxing airport, approach 24/144 hours visa free transit desk where you will apply for a temporary entry permit. This is free and quite simple procedure and totally free of any charge. You will present your ticket with the flight from Beijing Capital airport and after a short time, your entry permit will be granted and you will be allowed to exit the airport. So, after that, you will travel toward Beijing Capital airport at your own pace.
So, just check the times of your arrival and departure from Beijing and you will know the answer.
