Hello. If flying from Warsaw to Manila through Beijing I need to have a test before boarding a plane and want to apply for 24h visa (14h layover)? Or I can take a test in Beijing and go out of airport for 14hours? Antigen will be ok if neccessary?The same question is in the route back (also 15h layover and I want to explore Beijing).

Tom, you will be definitely eligible for 24 hours visa free transit in Beijing and you do not need any kind of visa at all... Anyway, at the time being, you are required to present PCR or antigen test not older than 48 hours at the time of boarding of your China bound plane. So, you have to do the test before your arrival in China or better to say before the boarding of your flight bound to China.
