Question

At around 4 am. I took a taxi from Pudong terminal 1 airport to Qingtong rd, Guanglan rd, Pudong area. I was made to pay 205 rmb instead of the usual 150 on the taxi meter. I noticed the driver took a longer route. How can i file a complaint?

Do you keep the receipt? You need to figure out which company the taxi belong to and then complain to that company. Or you can call 12345 to lodge a complaint with the plate number of the taxi. BTW, it's normal the taxi fare is higher at night than in the daytime.
