do i still have a chance to be given a Chinese VISA even.if i have been.over stayed in China?
I centered China with a Working VISA, to make the long story for short, there was a problem on renewing my VISA with the agent. i was about to go back to Philippines and get another Z VISA but it was locked down. I met a Chinese guy whom i fell inlove with. we did a wedding Celebration last 2021 but i had no VISA so we are unable to apply for a marriage certificate. our plan is i will go home to the Philippines and my Chinese Fiancee will go with me and we will get marry in the Philippines. my worries is that, i have an over staying record in China. will i be given a chance to be given a VISA to come.over to china with my Husband? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ im so worried. if so, i will just stay in china with him and forever be overstaying in china. I CAN'T afford losing him.
