How to modify the application form after submission

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have submitted the visa application form online and booked the appointment time in Calgary Visa Centre. I just noticed that the requirement for English answer is in capital letters, while I input lower case ones. I went to the "Manage Application" link, while it only allows to download the completed form. Shall I create another form or it's all right by using English lower case? In addition, I found one error in the submitted form. Can I just change it on the printed hard copy by handwriting?

Handwritting is not accepted. You'd better contact the visa center to see how to deal with it.

You may need to start a new form based on previously completed applications.
